African Immigration Legal Services, Inc (AILS) is a registered Non-Profit Organization in Boston, Massachusetts (USA), dedicating to providing high quality and affordable immigration services to the African immigrants and nonimmigrants and beyond. AILS is the only Umbrella African Immigration Legal Services in Massachusetts providing comprehensive immigration services to the underserved African immigrants to gain legal status.
AILS assist low-income immigrants, refugees and asylees in a range of immigration applications with U.S Citizenship and Immigration Service, (USCIS).

FOUNDER PROFILE
FLOMEN NYAMBI TENDONG
Executive Director
Flomen Nyambi-Tendong LL.B, LL.M is the Executive Director, founder and Immigration Specialist of African Immigration Legal Services Inc (AILS). She is an immigrant from Cameroon who has personal experience with the American Immigration system that led her to specialize in immigration law at Northeastern school of Law. She has worked under established immigration attorneys in Boston. She has also assisted many immigration clients in processing various immigration applications and petitions through the USCIS, National Visa Center and the Department of State.
Prior to founding AILS, she was the director of Checkpoint Immigration Services in Boston MA, Immigration Paralegal at the Refugee and Immigrant Assistance Center (RIAC). Immigration Legal Intern at the Harvard Immigration & Refugee Clinic at Greater Boston Legal Services, Immigration Paralegal with Project Citizenship in Boston, MA, Legal Intern at the Community Legal Services & Counseling in Cambridge. MA. In addition, she was an Immigration Assistant at the International Student Center at Bunker Hill Community College in Boston, MA, Legal Intern at Salem Probate and Family Court, Salem MA, Refugee Assistant Intern at the Jewish Vocational Services in Boston MA and Legal Intern at the United Nations High Commissioner of Refugees (UNHCR)-Refugee Protection, Yaoundé Cameroon.
Mrs. Tendong graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, where she earned a Master Degree in Law (LL.M) with a specialization in immigration law. She also possesses a Master’s Degree in Communication from Clark University in Worcester, MA, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B ) from the University of Buea, Cameroon and a post Paralegal Certificate from Bunker Hill Community College in Boston, MA. She has earned numerous immigration Law certificates. She is a Notary Public of the State of Massachusetts. She is Fluent in English, Moghamo, Metta and Pidgin English.
